Return Window & Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and in the complete original packaging. Items that arrive with manufacturing defects or quality issues are fully covered—we ask that you provide clear photographs of the defect when initiating your return to expedite the process.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at info@hasbroshop.sbs and include your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a prepaid, trackable return shipping label and simple instructions. All return shipping is completely free, and we do not charge any restocking fees. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Process & Timing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an acknowledgment email. Approved refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed after approval, please contact us so we can investigate.
