Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia). We work with a network of trusted national and regional carriers selected at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipment confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We are delighted to offer completely free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates begin from the moment your package leaves our facility. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally occur. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at info@hasbroshop.sbs.

Tracking & Lost Packages
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your label is generated. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us within 5 days so we can initiate a carrier investigation. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.
